It is the last week of March and boy did this month fly! We have been busy finishing up Fall/Winter 2017-2018, but haven't forgotten about our Color Of The Week. This week we focused on "Blazing Orange", an appropriate bright for this spring season.
Candy Magazine's "Dutch House Of Extravaganza" shows us how androgynous "Blazing Orange" can be. Using quilted taffeta, texture was taken to the next level with scalloped sleeves and collar, as well as the clever use of chevron vs straight stripes throughout.
What we love most about our Color Of The Week is that it is one that can be found in nature! Our Texture Tuesday showed us just that.

We threw it back for TBT to Stella McCartney's Spring 2013 collection where she used the "Blazing Orange" hue throughout. Mixed with sheer panels, it created the perfect balance.
Friday, we were ready to celebrate spring time in a wonderful early spring "Blazing Orange" get up.
