Nike, Levi, and Timberland are all taking advantage of Super Bowl 50 with special anniversary collections! With items for the whole team, or those of us that like to cheer from the sidelines, there is something for everyone. Gold is the theme throughout the Nike and Levi lines, while Timberland gave us boots made out of the actual football material!
Gleaming gold details are the focus on Nike’s two celebratory collections for this year’s Super Bowl 50. Their Super Bowl 50 Nike Gold Collection and Nike Speed Destroyed Collection hint at the “golden anniversary” theme of this special year for the NFL. These shimmering details have been seen throughout the whole season- whether it was on the sideline apparel or on the 50-yard markers. The Nike Gold Collection includes football and training products for men’s and women’s on-field, sideline and training footwear and apparel. Both teams are expected to wear the Nike Vapor Untouchable 2 cleat from the collection on Feb. 7th
With this year’s big game being held at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Levi has appropriately come out with a limited addition jacket and shirt for a Super Bowl 50 Collection. Fans can gear up for the game with the football-inspired styles including a black wool varsity jacket, a denim satin jacket, and a flannel shirt. The familiar Levi silhouettes have a sleek Super Bowl twist of gold and silver embroidered logos and patches.
Timberland has released the Football Leather 6” Waterproof boot collection. Horween teamed up with Timberland to create a new version of their iconic 6” boot in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl. The boot uses the exact same leather as an actual football and features natural cowhide laces. 18K gold details on this special edition also hint at this golden anniversary for the NFL.
